Ingredients for 2 serves
1 1/2 Cups baked red beans
1/4 Cup finely chopped spring onions whites
1/4 Cup finely chopped spring onion greens
1 TSP Oil
1 TSP finely chopped Garlic (Lehsun)
1/4 Cup finely chopped Capsicum
1 TSP Chilli Powder
2 TBSP Tomato Ketchup
Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the spring onions whites and greens and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the baked beans, chilli powder, tomato ketchup and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
