1. Vegetable Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Amla
  • 200 gm bottle gourd with skin,
  • 4 leaves of Spinach
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ginger & lime for taste
  • Black salt or chat masala.

Method:

  1. Wash all the vegetables well.
  2. In a blender riser add all the vegetables and little water for mixing
  3. Add ginger, lemon juice, chat masala or black salt for taste.
  4. Add water while blende rising so much so that its drinkable consistency.
  5. Grind it fine and drink it fresh without straining
