Watermelon Sorbet

Watermelon Sorbet ( For Diabetics)

Ingredients for 5 glasses

3 Cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes , deseeded
2 TBSP skim milk powder
2 Sachets (1 gm each) sugar substitute
2 TSP lemon juice


  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer into on a shallow container, cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Scrape out using a fork and serve immediately in 4 individual small glasses.
